To get the ball rolling, you just to add a questionnaire or feedback form to your site and invite your customers to tell you what’s on their minds. You will find out what they like and what they dislike.
And this can be valuable information. Valuable indeed.
Let’s say you sell five products a day from your internet website and you are content with that as a small part time income.
Then, one day you add a feedback form on your site. It pops up automatically when someone exits your site without making a purchase or joining your list. If there is a problem with the ordering process, you might get a stream of comments telling you what went wrong and why they didn’t order.
Maybe something was confusing. Maybe they needed some questions answered before they felt confident to proceed.
You thought it was clear, but they didn’t. And now you know. So now you can fix it.
